Warranty
Our manufacturer, BARSKA, provides a 1-year warranty on its safes, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. This warranty includes repair or replacement of the defective product but excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Any alterations to the product will void the warranty. To request service, please provide proof of purchase, the purchase date, and a description of the issue. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). BARSKA may repair, replace, or modify the product at its discretion. If a replacement is needed and the exact model is unavailable, a similar product may be provided. Shipping and handling fees may apply. Order Processing
If your item is in stock, your card will be charged immediately and dispatch your order within 3 to 5 business days. Once your item is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you within hours of dispatch. For any issues with tracking, please contact us at orders@barnhilldesks.com.
Standard Shipping
We offer FREE ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited and international shipping are not available.
LTL Delivery Options
Safes weighing 150 lbs. or more, require LTL (Less-than-truckload) shipping. Choose from the following delivery options:
- Curbside Delivery for Residential - Free: Recipient is responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location.
- Curbside Delivery for Business Locations - Free: Recipient is responsible for moving the item from the drop-off point into the building.
- Inside Ground Floor Only. Residential or Business - $300: Delivery to the first floor, inside the home or business location.
- Inside Ground Floor Only. Residential or Business - Room of Choice $350: Delivery to the room of your choice on the ground floor.
- Inside Ground Floor Only. Residential or Business, Room of Choice + Packaging Disposal $450: Delivery to the room of your choice on the ground floor, including packaging disposal.
Insurance & Damage Claims
All shipments are fully insured, with any transit damage covered under the product's warranty. Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please review our guidelines:
- Time Frame: Contact us within 21 days of purchase with proof of purchase to request a return or replacement.
- Claims for Defects: All return requests or defect claims must be made within 21 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging without any writing or modifications.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used, displayed, or altered.
- Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Returns due to customer dissatisfaction with the item's appearance or aesthetics are not accepted.
Return Process
To start a return, email returns@barnhilldesks.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Allow 3-5 days for approval. Once approved, print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return package for processing. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with no alterations.
Defective Merchandise
If your product is defective, please report it within 21 business days. Submit photos of the defect and a copy of your receipt to returns@barnhilldesks.com. Upon verification, we can issue a cash refund, exchange, or store credit based on your preference.
Refund Process
Most refunds are processed within 5-7 days after the return is received, covering the item price minus shipping and handling.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged in Transit
For items damaged during transit, inspect upon delivery and note any damage on the receipt. Report transit damage within 15 business days to initiate a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
