Our manufacturer, BARSKA, provides a 1-year warranty on its safes, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. Any alterations to the product will void the warranty. To request service, please provide proof of purchase, the purchase date, and a description of the issue. Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: Contact us within 21 days of purchase with proof of purchase to request a return or replacement.
• Claims for Defects: All return requests or defect claims must be made within 21 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.
• Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging without any writing or modifications.

Return Process
To start a return, email returns@barnhilldesks.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Allow 3-5 days for approval. Once approved, print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return package for processing. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with no alterations.

Defective Merchandise
If your product is defective, please report it within 21 business days. Submit photos of the defect and a copy of your receipt to returns@barnhilldesks.com. Upon verification, we can issue a cash refund, exchange, or store credit based on your preference.

Refund Process
Most refunds are processed within 5-7 days after the return is received, covering the item price minus shipping and handling.
