• Curbside Delivery for Residential - Free: Recipient is responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location.
• Curbside Delivery for Business Locations - Free: Recipient is responsible for moving the item from the drop-off point into the building.
• Inside Ground Floor Only. Residential or Business - $300: Delivery to the first floor, inside the home or business location.

Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: Contact us within 21 days of purchase with proof of purchase to request a return or replacement.
• Claims for Defects: All return requests or defect claims must be made within 21 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.
