Barnhill Desks offers a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on all ConSet Electric Standup Desks, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Should an issue arise, simply submit a support ticket with your order details, and ConSet will evaluate the situation for potential repair or replacement. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Details:

  • Parts: Guaranteed for 2 years.
  • Motor & Metal Parts: Covered for 5 years.

Exclusions & Disclaimers:

  • Barnhill Desks makes no additional warranties, either written, oral, express, implied, or statutory, related to the goods purchased.
  • Barnhill Desks also excludes any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Any claims related to the goods should be directed to the manufacturer. The buyer agrees that the manufacturer is the sole party responsible for addressing warranty issues.

Optional Extended Protection Plan: For additional peace of mind, we offer an optional extended protection plan through Extend at checkout. General Order Processing and Shipping:

Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana, North Carolina, and New York. We ship directly from the supplier to you. If your item is in stock, we will charge your credit card and dispatch the order within 3 to 10 business days. Some customized or Made-to-orders can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other carriers for larger items requiring LTL (Less-than-truckload) shipping. Delivery times vary by carrier. Should any delays arise, we will inform you and update your expected delivery time. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information within this timeframe, please contact us at orders@barnhilldesks.com or use our online chat.

White Glove Delivery Options (LTL Shipments only):

  • Curbside (Liftgate): The carrier will deliver your item to the nearest accessible curb outside your location. This service is free.
  • Threshold: Delivery to the first dry area like a garage or covered porch. This service is also free.
  • Room of Choice: Delivery to any room, up to two flights of stairs, for $100.
  • Package Removal: Includes Room of Choice delivery plus package disposal for $200.
  • Assembly: Includes Room of Choice delivery, package removal, and light assembly for $250. This premium service ensures your furniture is set up exactly where you want it without any hassle.

Insurance and Peace of Mind:

Your items are fully insured from our warehouse to your doorstep. If any item is damaged during transit, we cover the replacement costs. 

Damages and Returns:

Upon delivery, please inspect your items immediately. If any damage is found, take photos and report it within 30 days of product receipt to qualify for a replacement or adjustment. See our Return Policy. For LTL shipments, note any damages on the bill of lading. Keep all packaging until the item is confirmed in good condition. Our insurance covers these incidents, and we aim to resolve claims within three weeks.

If you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy. Orders cannot be canceled or redirected after shipping. Do not refuse delivery of undamaged goods as this may incur restocking fees and shipping costs and may affect your eligibility for a refund. 

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • All returns or claims for defects must be made within 30 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging without any writing or alterations.
  • We do not accept returns on products that are used, previously displayed, or assembled.

Defective Merchandise

  • If you encounter a defect in your product, please report the issue within 30 business days.
  • Defective items must be reported with photographic evidence and a copy of your receipt sent to returns@barnhilldesks.com.
  • Upon verification, defective merchandise will be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return or to report a defect, please provide photos of the issue and a copy of your receipt to returns@barnhilldesks.com.
  • For merchandise damaged in transit, inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing. Report the damage within 15 business days to begin the replacement or refund process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction are not accepted.

Refund Process

  • Upon approval of a return or damage claim, we will arrange for a replacement. No cash refunds are provided; we offer exchanges or store credit instead.
  • The exchanged or replacement process can take up to three weeks from the date of claim approval.
