RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Return Eligibility

  • All returns or claims for defects must be made within 60 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging without any writing or alterations.
  • We do not accept returns on products that are used, previously displayed, or assembled.

Defective Merchandise

  • If you encounter a defect in your product, please report the issue within 60 business days.
  • Defective items must be reported with photographic evidence and a copy of your receipt sent to returns@barnhilldesks.com.
  • Upon verification, defective merchandise will be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return or to report a defect, please provide photos of the issue and a copy of your receipt to returns@barnhilldesks.com.
  • For merchandise damaged in transit, inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing. Report the damage within 15 business days to begin the replacement or refund process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction are not accepted.

Refund Process

  • Upon approval of a return or damage claim, we will arrange for a replacement. No cash refunds are provided; we offer exchanges or store credit instead.
  • The exchanged or replacement process can take up to three weeks from the date of claim approval.
